I can't find it at all painful (but I have the habit of epilators) but it leaves me of the white lines for (as if I was drawing with chalk on the leg) for hair removal and it is deleted when I turn the water or the cream.... except for this oddity (but without pain) I have no regrets! When I received it, I immediately was seduced by the box: it is very girly (white/purple) and there are several accessories that give the urge to take the object in hand and try it out! The epilator is large, but it is very easy to handle. It will load on the mains, and use wireless (even in the shower).
